THE VISION:
After a successful New Year’s Eve collaboration the previous year, a Dallas hospitality group returned to Cue The Balloons Dallas—this time expanding from one restaurant to three.
Our team developed custom installations for each venue, complementing their individual aesthetics while working within strict requirements that prohibited attaching décor directly to walls.
The execution:
With a five-person crew and a 16-hour installation window, we moved together between all three locations, installing more than 1,500 helium balloons, 250 feet of balloon garland, ceiling fringe treatments, and balloon drops.
All three installations were completed by 4 p.m., with our team returning the following morning for strike.
THE RESULT:
Three distinct venues, one coordinated installation, and a returning client who trusted us with an expanded project.
