Indoors, our air-filled balloon displays are crafted with high-quality materials and are designed to last for several days, and sometimes even longer, depending on the environment. While we do everything to ensure they look their best on the day of your event, we cannot guarantee their longevity once they’ve been delivered or picked up. Factors such as weather, children, pets, different surfaces, heat, and foliage can all affect the lifespan of your balloons. If anything pops or deflates during our transportation or setup, we’ll replace it right away.
Please note that helium-filled balloons are intended to last only for the day of your event. Extreme temperatures can impact helium balloons—cold weather can cause them to deflate, while excessive heat can cause the helium to expand, which may lead to balloons popping.
We recommend booking your balloon decor at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for larger events. This allows us time to plan, design, and ensure that we have all the materials needed to create your perfect display.
We strive to accommodate all our clients, and if there’s a chance we can fit your event in, we’ll do our best! Please note that rush fees are applied to any balloon orders placed within a week of the event. These fees start at an additional 10% of your total order, depending on the size and scope of the project. This is due to the extra effort required to rearrange schedules and ensure materials arrive on time. All bookings are subject to availability.
